Dress Code
Dress code items can be easily purchased through the Attitude Dance Boutique website. We love supporting Attitude as their staff are extremely experienced
dance wear and dance shoe fitters.
YOUTH CLASS DRESS CODE:
Ballet:
Creative Movement Pink dress
Beginning Light blue dress
Intermediate 1 & 2 Burgundy leotard
Pre-Pointe Teal leotard
Pointe Teal leotard
Advanced Eggplant/Aubergine leotard
Company Any color leotard
(black leotard required for specific occasions)
*All girls must have PINK ballet tights & ballet slippers.
*Boys wear WHITE or BLACK t-shirt, BLACK tights & BLACK ballet shoes.
*Girls must wear all hair up in a bun. Click on these instructional videos:

#2-low bun with thinner hair
#3-high bun with curly hair
*Boys wear WHITE or BLACK t-shirt, BLACK tights & BLACK ballet shoes.
*Girls must wear all hair up in a bun or a clip.
*Intermediate, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Advanced & Company levels may wear BLACK ballet skirts (optional).
Jazz/Contemporary 1, 2 & 3:
BLACK jazz pants, any color leotard (no shirts/cover-ups) and tan jazz shoes (or specified by the instructor.)
Hip Hop:
BLACK jazz pants, t-shirt and sneakers.
ADULT CLASS DRESS CODE:
Anything comfortable to the dancer. Leotard, tights and ballet shoes are encouraged but not required.
Ballroom/Latin:
Anything comfortable to the dancer and easy to move in. Shoes without rubber soles are preferable. Dancers should choose shoes that have straps or laces. Shoes such as sandals or flip flops may come off while dancing.
Tap:
Anything comfortable to the dancer. Tap shoes required.
